Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. All Lanes Blocked. : Watch for alternating lane closures overnight on I-64 East in the Downtown construction area on Saturday, 9/26/15. The right and left lanes will close at different times. Lane closures will begin at 9:00 PM and lanes will reopen by 5:00 AM.
