May 12, 2016 – The Southbound lane of KY 841, just south of the temporary traffic signal, will be shifted to the left by one lane. Traffic is expected to shift to its new position by 5 a.m. on Friday, May 13. All ramps from KY 841 to the I-71 interchange will remain open and unaffected.

May 12, 2016 – Site blasting is scheduled to occur near the tunnel’s north portal, located just south of River Road, during the week of May 16. These blasts do NOT require traffic stops.

Flaggers will be present during this time to assist in guiding traffic. Motorists are asked to use caution and drive slowly when driving in the area during this time.
