June 30, 2016 – There will be lane restrictions in Indiana on Upper River Road in the vicinity of the East End Crossing construction site July 5- July 9 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. each day. Flaggers will be present during this time to assist in guiding traffic. Motorists are asked to use caution when in the area.
