May 19, 2016 – There will be lane restrictions on Upper River Road in the vicinity of the East End Crossing construction site May 23-28 from 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. each day. Flaggers will be present during this time to assist in guiding traffic. Motorists are asked to use caution and drive slowly when driving in the area during this time.
