Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Right Lane and Right Shoulder Blocked. : Louisville, KY (August 3, 2015) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of roadside maintenance this week along Interstate 264 (Georgia Powers Expressway) in Jefferson County. KYTC crews will utilize a rail mower to trim back trees and shrubs along I-264 East between I-64 and the Crums Lane overpass (mile points 0 to 6). The right lane will be closed Monday, August 3 thru Wednesday, August 5 from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. each evening. The date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
