Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Right Lane and Right Shoulder Blocked. : Louisville, KY (October 13, 2015) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of a lane closure this evening on Interstate 264 East (Georgia Powers Expressway) in Jefferson County. KYTC maintenance crews will be trimming trees at the Dumesnil Street/Virginia Avenue interchange (Exit 3). The right lane of I-264 East will be closed between mile points 2 and 3. This work is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Dial 511 or log on to 511.ky.gov for the latest in traffic and travel information in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
