Louisville Traffic Update, Eastbound Interstate 64: The exit ramp to northbound Hurstbourne Parkway (Exit 15C) will be closed for bridge deck repairs. This ramp closure is scheduled from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20 until 5:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23. Motorists should follow the signed detour via eastbound I-64 to Blankenbaker Parkway (Exit 17), access westbound I-64 and proceed to Hurstbourne Parkway.
