Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Left Shoulder, All Lanes, and Right Shoulder Blocked. : KYTC advises contract crews will be working this evening at the ramp from I-64 West to Hurstbourne Parkway (Exit 15) in Jefferson County. Motorists should slow down and watch for workers in this area beginning at 8:00 p.m. Intermittent closures of the ramp will be necessary for paving. The exit ramp will be closed in periods of 30 -45 minutes starting after midnight. All work should be completed by 6:00 a.m.
