Crews will be sweeping the roadway on SR 265 and KY 841 in both directions in advance of shoulder sweeping on Thursday May 10th. Work will take place between 11 am and 3 pm. Work will be a moving operation to sweep dirt and debris from the travel lanes. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and give equipment and workers plenty of room for safety.
Starting at 7 pm on Thursday May 10th, crews will be sweeping the shoulders of SR 265 and KY 841. Work will be performed on the inside and outside shoulders of the road to pick up dirt and debris. Work will be completed by 6 am on Friday May 11th. Motorists are reminded to watch for work activities along the road and to slow down for safety.
Mowing will continue the week of May 7, 2018 along KY 841 and SR 265. Mowing equipment and workers will weed eaters will be near the roadway. Motorists are encouraged to move over to give equipment that is next to the road, plenty of room for safety.
Crews will be cleaning bridge joints on the Lewis and Clark bridge starting May 10th. Work will take place between 11 am and 3 pm on Thursday and Friday. Work will cover all lanes in both directions but only one lane will be occupied at a time. Motorists are reminded to slow down in work zones for everyone’s safety. Please give work crews plenty of room to work safely.
