Crews will be sweeping the roadway on SR 265 and KY 841 in both directions in advance of shoulder sweeping on Thursday April 12th. Work will take place between 11 am and 3 pm. Work will be a moving operation to sweep dirt and debris to the shoulder to be swept up in a shoulder sweeping operation scheduled for the night of April 12th. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and give equipment and workers plenty of room for safety.
Starting at 7 pm on Thursday April 12th, crews will be sweeping the shoulders of SR 265 and KY 841. Work will be performed on the inside and outside shoulders of the road to pick up dirt and debris. Work will be completed by 6 am on Friday April 13th.
Crews will be cleaning bridges on the Lewis and Clark bridge starting April 10th. Work will take place between 11 am and 3 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Work will cover all lanes in both directions but only one lane will be closed at a time. Motorists are reminded to slow down in work zones for everyone’s safety. Please give work crews plenty of room to work safely.
Starting Monday April 9th crews will begin tree replacement along SR 265 in Indiana. Lane closures are not anticipated but crew will be working next to the road and entering and exiting along the road for access to the work areas. Motorists are asked to slow down and watch for workers when in the area.
