Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Right Lane, Right Ramp, and Right Shoulder Blocked. : The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of roadside maintenance this week along Interstate 264 (Georgia Powers Expressway) in Jefferson County. KYTC crews will utilize a rail mower to trim back trees and shrubs along I-264 East. Work is scheduled for this evening at the exit ramp to Dumesnil Street/Virginia Avenue (Exit 3). This exit will be closed from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
