Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Right Lane and Right Shoulder Blocked. : The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of roadside maintenance this week along Interstate 264 (Georgia Powers Expressway) in Jefferson County. KYTC crews will utilize a rail mower to trim back trees and shrubs along I-264 East between the Market Street overpass and the Dumesnil Street overpass (mile points 1 to 3). The right lane will be closed Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1 from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. each evening.
