Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. Center Lane(s) Blocked. : Lane closures this evening on Interstate 264 Louisville, KY (August 12, 2015) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of lane closures this evening on Interstate 264 (Watterson Expressway) in Jefferson County. KYTC maintenance crews will be performing pavement repairs on I-264 West at Poplar Level Road (mile point 13.3). Lane closures are scheduled from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Alternating lanes will be closed.
