Louisville Traffic Update, Construction / Road Work. All Lanes Blocked. : onstruction is progressing on the resurfacing of Interstate 64 in Jefferson County between I-264 (Watterson Expressway) and I-265 (Gene Snyder Freeway), mile points 12.4 to 18.9. As part of this project, several interstate ramps are being paved this week at the interchanges with Hurstbourne Parkway, Blankenbaker Parkway and I-265. Ramp closures are planned during the evening and overnight hours to accommodate this work. The following closures will occur from 8:00 p.m. each night until 6:00 a.m. the following morning: Wednesday, June 10, 2015The exit ramp from I-64 East to Blankenbaker Parkway North (Exit 17)The entrance ramp from Blankenbaker Parkway to I-64 East
