Should the East End Bridge be a hazmat route?

Every hour over at least 14 Hazmat heavy trucks pass through 'Hospital Curve' in I65 in downtown Louisville. What is the Hazmat contingency for the new bridge? The Mayors have no opinion and no idea if there is a plan. Read the report from WDRB below.
