Louisville Traffic Update, Louisville, KY (February 18, 2014) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of a mobile pothole patching operation Tuesday evening, February 18, in Jefferson County. Lane closures are possible on Interstates 64 and 71 from 6:30 p.m. until midnight. KYTC crews will be working first on Interstate 64 between Mellwood Avenue and Interstate 265 (mile points 6.7 to 18.9). Then as time and patching materials permit, they will move to southbound Interstate 71 between the Jefferson/Oldham county line and Zorn Avenue (mile points 11.3 to 1.7). Any work not completed this evening will be performed another evening this week.TRIMARC supported off hours pothole patching on I-64 (Mellwood to I-265) and I-71 (Zorn to Oldham County). The work occurred on February 18th.
