Louisville Traffic Update, Eastbound Interstate 64: Lane closures and delays expected on the exit ramp to South Hurstbourne Parkway and Bluegrass Parkway (Exit 15A) due to interchange project improvements. The ramp will remain open, but lane closures will be in place 24 hours/day for approximately one week. Motorists are advised to consider utilizing Exit 15B to access South Hurstbourne Parkway.
