East End Crossing: Section of River Road Near Prospect to be Closed Sept. 7 and Sept. 14

Area between Wolf Pen Branch Road, Timber Ridge Drive affected;
Road will remain accessible to residents who live in area

A section of River Road near Prospect will be closed during the first two Saturdays of September for road maintenance and repairs.  On Saturday, September 7, and again on Saturday, September 14, River Road between Timber Ridge Drive and Wolf Pen Branch Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This area of River Road will remain accessible to residents who live in the affected area.

The maintenance and repairs are necessary as part of the Ohio River Bridges Project East End Crossing construction activity in that area.

Traffic detours will be arranged and marked with signage to assist commuters in navigating around the closed area.  Residents are asked to use caution and drive slowly in the area during these times.
