Louisville Traffic Update, Louisville, KY (August 27, 2013) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists that the right lane of southbound Interstate 265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) will be closed this evening between Smyrna Parkway and Preston Street (mile points 13.5 to 11.7). This lane closure is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27 until 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28. KYTC crews will be performing pavement repairs in this area.
